Sunday by request (20% surcharge). Booking: Schedule via website, WhatsApp, email, or phone. Confirmation within 24 hours. Reminder sent 24 hours before service. Access: Someone must be home OR provide secure key/code. Notify us of gate codes, parking restrictions, or special instructions. BEFORE WE ARRIVE Your Responsibilities: Secure pets in safe area away from cleaning zones Remove valuables and fragile items from surfaces Clear clutter for efficient cleaning Inform us of special requirements or damaged areas We Provide: All cleaning supplies and professional equipment Trained, uniformed staff Eco-friendly product options available PRICING & PAYMENT Monthly Plans: Due same day each month. 5-day grace period, then GYD 5,000 late fee. One-Time Services: Payment due upon completion. Methods: Cash, bank transfer, mobile payment, online via website. Additional Fees: Trip charge: GYD 10,000 (cannot access property) No-show: GYD 10,000 (missed without notice) Sunday service: 20% surcharge CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Monthly Plans: 30 days' written notice required. No refund on current month or notice period. Trial/One-Time Services: 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule Within 24 hours: 50% charge No-show: Full charge, no refund Free Rescheduling: Monthly plans (24hrs notice), One-time (48hrs notice). Weather: Exterior services cancelled due to severe weather get full refund or free reschedule. SERVICE QUALITY Not Satisfied? Report within 24 hours. We'll return within 48 hours to fix at no charge. If unresolved, may offer partial credit (max: cost of service). We Don't Guarantee: Removal of permanent stains, repair of pre-existing damage, or items outside your service package. LIABILITY Report Damage: Within 24 hours with photo/written notice. We investigate within 48 hours. Not Responsible For: Items left unsecured in cleaning areas Pre-existing damage or wear Pest control, repairs, hazardous cleanup Moving heavy furniture (unless pre-arranged) High-rise exterior services HEALTH & SAFETY Pets: Must be secured. Inform us in advance. We may refuse service if pets are aggressive. Allergies: Notify us of sensitivities. Eco-friendly/fragrance-free products available. Health Protocols: Staff follow current guidelines. Notify us if household members are ill
